Gurudeva imparted a new sense of direction to society: Swami Saradananda

SIVAGIRI: Sree Narayana Dharma Sangha Trust Treasurer Swami Saradananda said that Sree Narayana Gurudeva was able to modernize the existing rituals and thereby impart a new sense of direction to the society through Aruvipuram Pratishta on Shivaratri day. Swami was giving the presiding address at the Gurudharma Prabodhana organized as part of the Sivagiri Pilgrimage.

From the ancient concept of pilgrimage, Gurudeva presented to the world the eight subjects which are part of the daily life of the people. Gurudeva introduced this through the Sivagiri Pilgrimage. The Guru was also able to make the reformed ideas available to the people through Sivagiri pilgrimage from time to time. Swami Satchidananda, President of Sree Narayana Dharma Sangham Trust, lit the lamp. Gurudharma Pracharana Sabha Kottayam district president Sophie Vasudevan delivered a lecture. Vishwasamskara Bhavan Secretary Swami Sankarananda, Swami Dharmananda, Prof. Sanalkumar and others spoke.
