THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Vattiyoorkavu designated MLA and Congress leader K Muraleedharan stepped forward responding to the chief ministerial dispute. He said that the delay in the decision of the chief minister is like a train being delayed in adverse weather conditions. Although people are having difficulty in the decision being delayed, can overcome it once the government is formed and work begins, said Muraleedharan. He added that the constituent parties are not advocating for any leader and such news is just speculation.

‘There is no point in running after a moving train. We can get off only when the train reaches the stop. We cannot say when the high command will announce the decision. We can only say that when the high command announces the decision. Sometimes, when the weather is adverse, the train gets delayed. Especially when it is a journey to Delhi,' said K Muraleedharan.

He also responded to the flex fight for the chief minister's post. He said that he has directed not to place flex boards demanding that he be made the chief minister and if that happens, he will publicly reject it. He clarified that he wants to be known as the MLA of Vattiyoorkavu and that he will prioritize development activities in the constituency.
