NEW DELHI: There is no dearth of drama in Delhi as CJP continues the protest against NEET exam irregularities. In support of students, MPs of the INDIA alliance will march to Gandhi Smriti Mandapam under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. A decision was taken to march in front of Birla House (where Gandhiji was shot dead) after a meeting of MPs held at Rahul's residence. Rahul Gandhi said that students of India are not alone and Congress will stand with them and their demands.
At the same time, the Delhi Police came forward with a move to stop the protest. Roads on both sides of Rahul Gandhi's residence were closed by the police, and more security forces were deployed. Police barricaded the activists near Rahul's house. According to the latest reports, Opposition MPs have reached Gandhi Smriti, and they recited the national song in protest against the central government's policies.
