'BJP govt's days are numbered'; LoP Rahul Gandhi vows to restore democracy in India

NEW DELHI: Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi said not only the Chief Election Commissioner but also the BJP-led central government will leave soon. Rahul Gandhi made this remark in a video shared on social media, noting that the restoration of democracy would begin soon after both are thrown out of office.

Currently, Rahul Gandhi is in Chennai. He came to Tamil Nadu as part of the third interactive program with students. Upon his arrival, Rahul met with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay and also attended a lunch hosted by the Chief Minister.

The interactive session is scheduled for 5 PM. Reports indicate that he will return to Delhi later this evening.
