Keyne is a vibe; Meet internet's favourite kid and Lamine Yamal's best pal

Lamine Yamal, while talking with the media before the start of the FIFA World Cup, had candidly admitted that the trophy title would return to Madrid for a second time. Yamal did not sport a smile and looked cold and confident. The Barcelona prodigy is living his life after Spain’s World Cup triumph on Monday. Though Yamal had a decent World Cup campaign, his stats were not that appealing. Even then, Yamal is a star, and so is his brother Keyne.

It was when the tournament reached the knockout stages that Keyne started appearing frequently on the ground, holding his brother’s hand or sometimes jostling around. The little Yamal soon became an unavoidable presence on Instagram reels and TikTok. The camera focusing on Keyne in the crowd shouting “Vamooos!” will never get old. Another video of Lamine and Keyne performing Shakira's popular " Waka Waka", has a fanbase of its own.

Keyne, just three years old, is the son of Yamal’s mother, Sheila Ebana. Yamal is always bustling with joy when it comes to describing Keyne.

“He is my everything. I am in love with him, and sometimes I feel like I am his father,” said Lamine Yamal in one of the interviews. Keyne is omnipresent in every match of Spain and may be spotted by the cameras running across the field shouting “Lamine”.

After the final yesterday, when the family members were busy taking photos with the Spain squad, Keyne was spotted solitarily lying in the field, daydreaming. He then walked straight to a police officer and exchanged a handshake. The impressed cop gave his official cap to Keyne. A happy smile of achieving something big gleamed across his face.

Meanwhile, reel makers are busy compiling fun moments featuring Keyne and Lamine. The videos are super viral while netizens say “ Keyne is a vibe”. True, he is.
