Services operate from Ernakulam to Thiruvananthapuram and back. The ticket fare is Rs 671. Services will be available from Monday to Friday.

The Volvo service offers several facilities aimed at providing passengers with a comfortable and safe journey. The bus has a hostess service similar to the role of an air hostess. The bus hostess assists passengers, helps them with their queries and provides support during the journey. Drivers and conductors have also been given special training for the service.
