Bullock cart fails to give way to biker; Dispute leads to murder of 24-year-old youth 

PALAKKAD: A 24-year-old youth was stabbed to death at Kozhinjampara in the district. He has been identified as Shafeeq of Kerampara. The incident happened at Ozhalapathy in Kozhinjampara. A dispute that broke out over not giving way for a bike ended in the murder.

Two identified as Nelson and Jenson attacked Shafeeq. Nelson while riding the bullock cart did not give way to the bike driven by Shafeeq and this led to a verbal dispute. The body of Shafeeq has been shifted to the mortuary of Palakkad district hospital.
